Sevalaya does it again ! 100% result in 12^th grade exams !!

Greetings from the children senior citizens, staff and trustees of Sevalaya.

Sevalaya’s Mahakavi Bharathiyar School has secured 100% pass in 12^th grade exams, once again. We had 93 students who appeared for this year’s exam and everyone of them cleared it! They are all orphan/ destitute / poor children. Fifteen students have scored above 1000 out of 1200.

It is only because of your unstinted support that Sevalaya has been able to provide these children and 1000 more such children, a good education and our efforts have yielded fruitful results now.

We gratefully recall once again the trust you have reposed in Sevalaya by your generous contribution and the dedication of our staff members at this juncture.

We are very happy that your confidence in us has been fully justified and your noble gesture has made a difference to so many children’s lives.

Well, the next academic year is to start very soon. While the average annual expenses of education per student for a year is Rs 6000/, we immediately need to muster at least Rs.1000 for each student for initial expenses for the year like uniforms, stationery etc. To whom else shall we turn for support except people like your benign self?

We will be extremely obliged if you could send your remittance at the earliest, as it is desirable that all the children are fully equipped with their needs from day 1 of the academic year. Your contributions for school expenses qualify for 100% I.T. exemption under sec 35 A.C of the I.T.Act. Cheque should be written in the name of “Sevalaya”.
